RealPING is committed to the highest degree of privacy of visitors to our Site. RealPING may offer Push to Talk users and website visitors the choice to participate in online surveys. The survey tool gives RealPING real-time insight into the needs and interests of Push to Talk users via a short online questionnaire. The purpose of the online survey is to better serve RealPING customers and web site visitors. The information collected through the surveys is not sold or used for any explicit commercial purpose. As is standard practice for most websites, RealPING analyzes its website logs to improve the value of its Site and web voice service. These files automatically log such information as this includes IP addresses, browser type, ISP (internet service provider), referring/exit pages, platform type, date/time stamp, and #of clicks. Our website logs do not contain, nor are they tied to, any personally identifiable information about any of our Site visitors. Cookies
RealPING uses a Session ID cookie solely to faciliate efficient site navigation and improve your experience on the RealPING website. In addition, cookies are used to store calling information if you elect to make a 'Talk by Phone' call using Push to Talk, solely for the purpose of connecting the Push to Talk calls. We do link the information we store in cookies to any personally identifiable information you submit while on our site. Web Beacons
RealPING may also use electronic images (known as Web Beacons) in accordance with TRUSTe 'best practices' guidelines for Web Beacon use. Web Beacons are used by a wide variety of online companies to aggregate data about site traffic, generate unique visitors counts, and to understand how website visitors use various online services. RealPING uses Web Beacons in the following ways: - RealPING uses web beacons to conduct research on behalf of certain customers on their web sites and also for auditing purposes.

RealPING maintains several email lists to keep individuals informed about RealPING, breaking events, upcoming dates and other issues related to RealPING. Individuals must affirmatively request to join our mailing list. RealPING provides Push To Talk voice links and email links located on our Site's Contact Us page and elsewhere to allow you to contact us directly with any questions or comments you may have. We read all messages sent in and try to respond promptly. This information is used to reply directly to your questions or comments. We may also use your comments to improve the Site. RealPING provides its web voice services to third parties for use on their websites. RealPING is not responsible for the information collection practices of these third parties' websites. RealPING does not store user and/or customer information online or make it available for online update except for authorized users of our customer service portal. As a result, you will not be able to actively update your information.
